Put simply, this is the IMRCo Mission.
IMRCo is an independent non-profit organization (#47-4515165) dedicated to advancing medical knowledge by enhancing the exchange of research, clinical, and medical systems knowledge between international medical communities and through global networks. The IMRCo is based in Boston, Massachusetts, and partners with innovative medical research and clinical programs around the world.
Medical research and biotechnology advance human understanding, solve challenging problems of human survival, and stimulate economies. Historically, medical progress is accelerated by the dissemination of knowledge, diversity of innovation, and the coalescence of ideas. This creates an imperative to create international venues for direct interactions and global collaborations among medical communities.
The IMRCo addresses these goals by creating dynamic programs for distinguished medical students, physicians, and researchers in order to share scientific understanding and foster the interpersonal relationships through which knowledge and ideas are transformed into productive applications. These programs and alliances are designed to fulfill bilateral objectives of international medical communities and the United States.
